Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:51 AM NDT 18 October 2018 A low will form in a trough of low pressure currently over the Gulf
of St. Lawrence later today. The low will move to lie over the
Northeast Coast Friday morning before crossing Funk Island Bank and
moving out to sea later on Friday. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies are expected to develop north of the low while strong
to gale force southwesterlies are expected to its south. Winds will
diminish to strong to moderate westerlies as the low departs on
