Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:37 PM AST 17 December 2024 A trough of low pressure from Anticosti to Georges Bank will continueeastward tonight. Strong to gale force south to southwesterlies ahead
of the trough will shift to strong westerlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore, Sable, East Scotian Slope, Fourchu, Banquereau,
Laurentian Fan, and Cabot Strait.
