Issued 3:30 PM ADT 15 October 2018 Tonight and Tuesday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today ridge located over the central Marine
District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today intensifying low 1002 mb located over
central Quebec.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Tuesday intensifying low 970 mb located over the
eastern Quebec Lower North Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:26 PM ADT 15 October 2018 An intensifying low pressure system will approach the Maritimes from
Quebec tonight and by Tuesday morning track over the Northern Gulf of
St. Lawrence. Gale to storm force southerly winds will develop ahead
of this system and winds will shift to gale to storm force westerlies
in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, Fourchu,
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, and
Anticosti - southern half. Gale warnings are in effect for all
remaining waters.
