Issued 8:00 PM AST 12 December 2017 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight departing ridge located northeast of
Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight deepening low 992 mb located near Cape Cod.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Wednesday low 967 mb located over the St. Lawrence
River.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:39 PM AST 12 December 2017 A low pressure system currently near Cape Cod will continue to deepen
tonight and Wednesday as it tracks northeastward to lie over the St.
Lawrence River Wednesday evening. Gale force southeasterlies ahead of
the low and will shift to gale force southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Anticosti.

In addition, marine interests are advised that higher than normal
waters levels can be expected at high tide along the Atlantic Coast
of Nova Scotia tonight and again at high tide on Wednesday. Higher
than normal water levels are also expected at high tide over the
Northern Gulf of St. Lawrence on Wednesday.
