Issued 3:30 PM ADT 7 September 2024 Tonight and Sunday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today low 994 mb located over LaHave Bank.By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight weakening low 1000 mb located over
Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday weakening low 1002 mb located over the
Gulf of St. Lawrence.
At 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low 1008 mb located southwest of the
Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday low 1007 mb located south of Nova Scotia.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:14 PM ADT 7 September 2024 A low pressure system over LaHave Bank will track northeastward todayto lie over Nova Scotia by this evening. Gale force winds associated
with the low will continue to spread across the northern marine
district tonight. Winds will begin to diminish from south to north in
the wake of the low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Fundy, Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank, Georges Bank,
southwestern shore, LaHave Bank, and Chaleur - Miscou.
