Issued 3:30 PM ADT 4 August 2020 Tonight and Wednesday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located on a line east-west over
central Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday departing trough located on a line
east-west over the southern Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over eastern Maine.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday ridge located from the Avalon Peninsula
to East Scotian Slope.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday Tropical Storm Isaias 996 mb located
at 45.4N 72.5W.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Wednesday Tropical Storm Isaias 997 mb located
at 50.0N 70.7W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:26 PM ADT 4 August 2020 Tropical cyclone information statement.

At 3:00 P.M. ADT, tropical storm Isaias was located near 40.6 degrees
north and 75.3 degrees west, about 70 nautical miles west of new
York city. Isaias has a minimum central pressure of 995 MB and
maximum sustained winds of 55 knots.

Isaias is currently moving north-northeastward at 27 knots, and is
expected to pass west of New Brunswick and into Southern Quebec early
Wednesday morning. Isaias could possibly bring marginal gales to
westernmost waters on Wednesday.
