located over New England extending southward.
At 3:30 p.m. AST Thursday trough from 972 mb low located over
Labrador extending southward.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:16 PM AST 11 December 2024 An intensifying trough of low pressure approaching from the westtoday will track eastward across marine waters on Thursday. Gale to
storm force southerlies ahead of the trough will shift to strong to
gale force southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank, Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou -
eastern half and Anticosti. Gale warnings are in effect for all
remaining waters.
