Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:16 PM AST 13 December 2025 A low pressure system will approach the marine district on Sunday andwill move to lie over West Scotian Slope Sunday evening. Strong to
gale force southwest winds are forecast late Sunday over the southern
slope waters. Strong to possibly gale force northerlies will develop
over western and northern marine areas late Sunday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope - southern half and Laurentian Fan - southern
half.
