over the Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located east of the
Marine District.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday approaching trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Ontario.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located from the Maritimes to
Labrador Coast.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday ridge located over the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM NDT 12 September 2026 A trough of low pressure over the Grand Banks will depart to the east
this evening. Strong to gale force northwesterlies in its wake will
diminish as the trough departs.

Marine interests are advised a gale warning is in effect for Funk
Island Bank.
