Issued 8:00 PM NST 3 December 2021 Tonight and Saturday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight deepening low 971 mb located over
Northeast Gulf.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Saturday low 948 mb located north of Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST Saturday approaching ridge located over the Gulf
of Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:55 PM NST 3 December 2021 An intense low pressure system over Northeast Gulf will rapidly move
to lie over the East Labrador Sea by Saturday morning. Gale to storm
force south to southwesterly winds ahead of the low will shift to
gale force west to northwesterlies tonight in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank. Gale warnings
are in effect for all remaining waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Northeast Coast, and
Belle Isle Bank.
