Issued 3:00 AM NDT 2 April 2023 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 983 mb located over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 982 mb located over southeastern
Labrador.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today departing ridge located on a line north-south
over the eastern Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:01 AM NDT 2 April 2023 An intense low pressure system over the Gulf of St. Lawrence will
move over Southeastern Labrador tonight and into the Labrador Sea on
Monday. Strong to gale force east to southeasterlies over all waters
ahead of this system, will shift to strong to gale force southwest to
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
