Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:56 AM NST 16 December 2018 A trough east of the Grand Banks will move eastward away from the
marine district this morning. Strong to near gale force west to
northwesterlies in its wake will gradually diminish today.
A low pressure system is expected to approach from the southwest on
Monday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies are expected to develop
over southern waters late in the day on Monday ahead of the low.
