Issued 8:00 PM NDT 17 September 2019 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line east-west over
Funk Island Bank.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday approaching ridge located over the Gulf
of St. Lawrence.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:48 PM NDT 17 September 2019 A trough of low pressure over Funk Island Bank will drift very slowly
southward to lie over the Grand Banks on Wednesday. Strong to gale
force northerlies are forecast behind the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle and the Northeast Coast.

At 6:30 PM NDT hurricane Humberto was located near latitude 31.0
north and longitude 72.3 west or about 400 nautical miles
west-southwest of Bermuda. Humberto has a central pressure of 960 MB
and maximum sustained winds of 90 knots. Humberto is moving
east-northeast at 10 knots. The latest forecast track continues to
track Humberto along the southern edge of the Grand Banks on
Saturday.
