Issued 8:00 PM NDT 12 October 2024 Tonight and Sunday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 976 mb located over southern Labrador
Sea.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Sunday low 974 mb located northeast of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 12 October 2024 An intense area of low pressure over the Labrador Sea will weaken and
move to lie south of Greenland on Sunday. Gale to storm force
northwesterlies to southwesterlies will diminish to strong to gale
force overnight tonight.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Southwestern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for all
remaining waters except Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Gulf.
