northeastern Funk Island Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 993 mb located northeast of Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located over the
southern Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday approaching trough located over
Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:54 AM NDT 11 May 2021 A low pressure system will meander near the northeast edge of Funk
Island Bank today and tonight before drifting westward across Belle
Isle Bank on Wednesday. Gale force northerlies over Belle Isle Bank
west of the low will diminish to strong this morning as the low
starts weakening.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.
