Quebec Lower North Shore.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday low 986 mb located over Labrador Coast.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located south of Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday ridge located on a line east-west over
the southern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM NDT 22 April 2024 An intensifying low pressure system over the Quebec Lower North Shore
will intensify as it tracks northeast across Labrador today and
tonight. Gale force west to southwesterly winds will spread across
northern and western waters today and Tuesday with this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank,
and Funk Island Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, and
Belle Isle Bank.
