By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday low 1002 mb located over southeastern
Labrador.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough from low located over southwestern
Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday trough from low located on a line
northwest-southeast over eastern Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located east of Belle
Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:49 PM NDT 23 October 2019 A low pressure system over New Brunswick will move to lie over
Southeastern Labrador by Thursday evening. An associated trough
extending southward from the low is expected to cross the marine
district on Thursday. Strong to gale force southerlies will develop
ahead of the trough and diminish to strong southwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, and Belle Isle
Bank.
