Issued 8:00 PM NST 15 December 2018 Tonight and Sunday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the eastern Grand Banks.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Sunday departing trough located east of the
Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday ridge located over Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Sunday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:48 PM NST 15 December 2018 A trough over the Eastern Grand Banks will move to lie east of the
marine district by Sunday morning. Strong to gale force west to
southwesterlies ahead of the trough will veer to strong to near gale
force west to northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle.
