north-south over Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line northwest-southeast
over the South Coast of Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight dissipating trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the southeastern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight approaching low 1001 mb located southeast
of Cape Cod.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Northeast Coast, and
