Issued 10:00 AM NDT 26 March 2019 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 998 mb located east of Belle Isle Bank.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT today low 984 mb located southeast of Greenland.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located over Belle Isle Bank.

By 3:30 p.m. NDT today quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the southern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:42 AM NDT 26 March 2019 A low east of Belle Isle Bank will continue to move northeastward
today to lie southeast of Greenland this afternoon. Strong to gale
force westerlies will continue today in its wake.

A trough will move to lie over the Southern Grand Banks this
afternoon and will remain quasi-stationary for the remainder of the
forecast period. Strong to gale force northeasterlies will develop
north of this feature Wednesday morning.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and the Southern Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except the Strait of Belle Isle, South Coast,
East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, and the Southern Grand
Banks.
