Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:48 AM NDT 11 May 2025 A deepening low pressure system over Northeast Gulf will track slowlyeastward across Belle Isle Bank tonight and Monday. Strong
southeasterlies to northeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to
gale to storm force southwesterlies to northwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half and Belle Isle Bank.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except the Grand
Banks.
