Issued 10:00 AM NST 17 November 2018 Today Tonight and Sunday At 10:00 a.m. NST today low 977 mb located near the Burin Peninsula.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Sunday departing low 978 mb located east of Funk
Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:45 AM NST 17 November 2018 A low over Southern Newfoundland will track across Funk Island Bank
this afternoon to lie east of the marine district tonight. Strong to
gale force southeast to northeasterlies can be expected ahead of the
low, with gale to storm force southwest to northwesterlies to the
south and west of its track.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
South Coast, East Coast, and the Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in
effect for all remaining waters except Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf
waters, and Belle Isle Bank.

A freezing spray warning is in effect for Strait of Belle Isle.
