Issued 3:00 AM NST 1 December 2022 Today Tonight and Friday At 3:00 a.m. NST today trough located on a line north-south over
New Brunswick.
By 3:30 a.m. NST Friday trough located east of Newfoundland.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today departing ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:53 AM NST 1 December 2022 A trough of low pressure will approach from the west today and track
eastward across Newfoundland tonight then east of the district on
Friday. Gale to storm force southeasterlies will spread across all
waters ahead of the trough then shift to strong to gale force west to
southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Northeast
Coast, Funk Island Bank, and Northern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are
in effect for all remaining waters.
