Issued 3:00 AM NDT 21 September 2019 Today Tonight and Sunday At 3:30 a.m. NDT today Post-tropical Storm Humberto 981 mb located
at 45N 52.7W.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing Post-tropical Storm Humberto
984 mb located at 46.6N 42.6W.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over the Northeast Coast
of Newfoundland.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located east of Funk Island Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday approaching low located over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM NDT 21 September 2019 At 3.00 AM NDT, post-tropical storm Humberto was located near
latitude 45.0 north and longitude 52.7 west, about 100 nautical miles
or 185 kilometres south of Cape Race. Maximum sustained winds are
estimated at 55 knots and central pressure at 981 MB. Humberto is
moving east-northeastward at 21 knots. Humberto will continue
east-northeastward and weaken as it tracks through the Southern Grand
Banks today.

Gale force southeasterlies ahead of Humberto will increase to gale to
storm force southwesterlies to its south. Strong to gale force
northwesterlies will persist behind Humberto today.

Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure over the Northeast Coast will
track move to lie east of the district today. Strong to gale force
northerlies are expected behind the trough. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies are forecast for western waters late Sunday ahead of
a low pressure system moving through Labrador.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Southern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for Strait of
Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, East Coast, Northeast Coast, Funk Island
Bank, and Northern Grand Banks.
