By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary low 1004 mb located
over Quebec.

Issued 2:51 AM NDT 22 August 2019 Marine interests are advised that all gale warnings have ended.

As of 12:30 AM NDT, tropical storm Chantal was downgraded to a
tropical depression. Chantal will continue to move away well to the
southeast and is not expected to pose a threat to the marine
district.

This will be the last message for tropical depression Chantal.
