Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today departing low 1001 mb located south of
Greenland.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today low 1002 mb located over the Great Lakes.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Friday low 994 mb located over the St. Lawrence
River.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the South Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Friday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:17 AM NDT 17 July 2025 A low pressure system over the Great Lakes will approach the marine
district on Friday. Strong to gale force northeasterlies to
southeasterlies will develop ahead of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lake Melville, South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and South
Labrador Sea.
