Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:53 AM NDT 15 April 2021 Northwesterly winds will continue to strengthen to gale force over
the East Labrador Sea today as a low pressure system intensifies east
of Greenland. Winds will diminish on Friday as the low weakens and a
ridge of high pressure builds in from the northwest.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are further advised that freezing spray warnings are
in effect for Mid Labrador Coast - north of Hopedale and the Labrador
