Issued 9:30 PM NDT 20 September 2019 Tonight and Saturday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary low 980 mb located near
Baffin Island.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough from low located over the East
Labrador Sea to the South Labrador Coast.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Saturday trough located south of Greenland.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over Quebec.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Saturday ridge located over the Gulf of
St. Lawrence.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:15 PM NDT 20 September 2019 A trough of low pressure extending southward from a low over Baffin
Island will continue to sweep across the district tonight. Strong to
gale force west to northwesterlies in its wake will persist tonight
and Saturday for northern waters as the flow remains strong between
the low to the north and a ridge building in from the west.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek, Northwest Labrador Sea, and
East Labrador Sea.
