By 9:30 p.m. NDT Monday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador Coast.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:23 PM NDT 30 March 2025 An area of low pressure over the Southern Northwest Labrador Sea willslowly drift southeastward over the East Labrador Sea tonight and
Monday then move southeast of the district Monday evening. Strong to
gale force westerly to northwesterly winds can be expected south and
west of the low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Sea - eastern half, Northwest Labrador Sea, and East
Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
