At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough from low located on a line east-west
over Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today departing trough from low located east of
the Marine District.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:51 AM NDT 1 October 2020 An intense low pressure system over Northern Labrador will cross the
Labrador Sea today. Gale to storm force east to northeasterlies ahead
of the low will shift to gale to storm force west to southwesterlies
in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Mid Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, and Labrador Sea.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters.
