the Marine District.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today trough located over western Quebec.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:48 PM NDT 17 June 2024 A trough of low pressure over Western Quebec will move to lie over
Northern Quebec tonight and sweep across the Labrador Sea on Tuesday.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies are expected in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Mid
Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea, and
Northwest Labrador Sea.
