Issued 9:30 AM NST 10 December 2025 Today Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 a.m. NST today trough located on a line east-west over
Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Thursday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the South Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:28 AM NST 10 December 2025 A trough of low pressure located over the Labrador Sea will weaken
and slowly track southward today before stalling over the South
Labrador Sea tonight and Thursday. Strong to gale force west to
southwesterlies will persist south of the trough today and tonight
before diminishing on Thursday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast and South Labrador Sea - southeastern half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Lake Melville, South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast,
and South Labrador Sea.
