Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:44 AM NST 4 December 2022 A trough of low pressure over the Maritimes will move to lie over
Newfoundland tonight. The trough will weaken early Monday over
Central Newfoundland. Strong to gale force south to southeasterlies
will continue to develop over most waters ahead of the trough.
Winds will weaken to moderate to strong on Monday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and the Grand Banks.
