Issued 3:00 AM NST 13 February 2026 Today Tonight and Saturday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 979 mb located over the Northeast Coast
of Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday low 981 mb located northeast of Belle
Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM NST 13 February 2026 A low pressure system over the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland will
move to lie northeast of Belle Isle Bank tonight. Strong to gale
force northeasterly to southeasterly winds can be expected ahead of
the low, with strong to gale force northwesterlies to southwesterlies
in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Northeast Gulf,
and Northeast Coast.
