Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:21 PM ADT 22 March 2025 A low pressure system over Western Newfoundland will continue to pull
away from the district tonight. Strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies will persist this evening in the wake of the system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait -
northern half and Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half.
