to the Gulf of Maine.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Friday quasi-stationary trough located south of
Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:09 PM ADT 8 May 2025 A trough of low pressure over the Gulf of St. Lawrence will move
south of Nova Scotia later tonight. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies north of it will diminish as it moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Anticosti - eastern half.
