northwest-southeast over Laurentian Fan.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT today ridge located over New England.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday ridge located over the central Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:49 AM ADT 27 March 2023 A northwest-southeast oriented trough over the eastern marine
district will slowly track southeastward today. Strong easterlies
ahead of this trough tonight shift to strong to gale force
northwesterlies in behind.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
East Scotian Slope.
