Issued 3:30 PM ADT 15 October 2026 Tonight and Friday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today deepening low 985 mb located over eastern
Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Friday departing low 979 mb located northeast
of Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
New England.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Friday departing ridge located southeast of the
Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT Friday approaching low 996 mb located over Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:24 PM ADT 15 October 2026 A low pressure system over Eastern Newfoundland will continue to
slowly track northeastward as it intensifies further. Strong to gale
force northwesterlies in its wake will gradually diminish overnight
tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable, East Scotian Slope, Fourchu,
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait, and all Gulf of St.
Lawrence waters.
