Atlantic waters for the forecast period.

Strong northerly winds over eastern waters will weaken today as an

Meanwhile, a trough will sweep across the southern marine district
today and tomorrow, with strong to gale force northwesterly winds
developing in its wake.

Lawrence from the northeast today, bringing strong winds causing
freezing spray to the region.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lurcher, Browns Bank, Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, and
Laurentian Fan - southwestern half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Fundy, Grand Manan, Northumberland Strait - western half,
