Issued 3:00 AM NDT 3 August 2021 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today deepening low 999 mb located over the
Burin Peninsula.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT today low 995 mb located northeast of Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low located over Quebec.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 1000 mb located over southern
Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:57 AM NDT 3 August 2021 A low pressure system over the Burin Peninsula will track
northeastward across the Funk Island Bank later this morning then
move northeast of the region this afternoon. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies are expected south of the low's track this morning
then diminish by this afternoon as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
South Coast, East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, and the Grand
Banks.
