Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 8:00 PM NST 19 November 2019 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight low 996 mb located over the Northeast
Coast of Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Wednesday departing low 991 mb located east of
Funk Island Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NST Wednesday approaching low 992 mb located southwest
of Sable Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:53 PM NST 19 November 2019 A low pressure system over the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland will
track into the Funk Island Bank tonight. Strong to gale force east to
northeasterly winds are expected north of the low with strong to gale
force southwesterlies south of it. Winds will diminish as the low
moves away on Wednesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank
and Funk Island Bank.
