Issued 3:30 PM NDT 25 October 2026 Tonight and Monday At 3:30 p.m. NDT today intensifying trough located over the
Torngat Mountains.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday low 972 mb located over eastern Labrador
Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located over eastern Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday departing ridge located east of Funk
Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:22 PM NDT 25 October 2026 A trough of low pressure over the Torngat Mountains will intensify
into a low pressure system as it moves to lie over East Labrador Sea
on Monday. Strong to gale force southwesterlies will continue to
spread across most waters tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Gulf.
