Issued 3:00 AM NST 11 December 2023 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 999 mb located south of Cape Cod.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday low 985 mb located over Labrador Sea.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the southeastern Grand Banks.
By 3:30 p.m. NST today ridge located southeast of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:00 AM NST 11 December 2023 A low pressure system near Cape Cod states will track northeastward
tonight and cross the Gulf of St. Lawrence late in the day today.
Gale to storm force south to southwesterlies will spread over all
waters as the low approaches.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, Southwest Coast,
and Belle Isle Bank. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters.
