to southeasterly winds can be expected ahead of the low, with strong
to gale force northwesterlies to southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Northeast Gulf, Northeast Coast, and Southeastern Grand
Banks.
