Issued 2:52 AM NDT 15 May 2026 A low pressure system will approach from the southwest today,crossing Newfoundland on Saturday. Strong to gale force east to
southeasterlies will develop over southern waters ahead of the low
today, then shift to strong to gale force west to northwesterlies
behind it on Saturday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, and the Grand Banks.
