Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:22 PM NDT 29 May 2023 A low pressure system over Eastern Belle Isle Bank will slowly move
northwards toward the Labrador Sea tonight. Strong to gale force
northwesterly winds will diminish tonight over northern waters.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle
Bank, and Funk Island Bank - western half.
