By 9:00 p.m. ADT tonight departing Post-tropical Storm Humberto
984 mb located at 46.6N 42.6W.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today departing trough located southeast of
Laurentian Fan.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday ridge located over the southern Marine
District.

Issued 3:22 PM ADT 21 September 2019 Post-tropical storm Humberto has moved east of the Grand Banks.

At 3:30 AM ADT, post-tropical storm Humberto was located near
latitude 46.2 north and longitude 46.6 west, or about 300 nautical
miles east-southeast of Cape Race. Maximum sustained winds are
estimated at 45 knots and central pressure at 982 MB. Humberto is
moving east northeast at 25 knots.
