over Laurentian Fan.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Thursday ridge located southeast of the Marine
District.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located on a line north-south
over Maine.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Thursday trough located on a line north-south
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:22 PM ADT 5 August 2020 A trough of low pressure approaching from the west will move over
The Gulf of St. Lawrence Thursday evening. Gale force westerlies
will develop over western half of Anticosti Thursday afternoon and
persist into the evening.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Anticosti-western half.
