southwestern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. AST Thursday approaching low 995 mb located near
Cape Cod.

At 3:00 a.m. AST Thursday ridge located over the southwestern
Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Thursday departing ridge located over the eastern
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:42 PM AST 27 November 2024 A developing low pressure system will approach the region from the
west late in the day on Thursday. Strong to gale force winds are
expected ahead of the low beginning Thursday evening.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lurcher, Browns Bank, Georges Bank and West Scotian Slope.
