Issued 8:00 PM AST 11 December 2017 Tonight and Tuesday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 1011 mb located over northeastern
Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday departing low 1012 mb located north
of Banquereau.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight deepening low 1004 mb located south of
the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Tuesday approaching low 989 mb located southwest
of Maine.

At 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday ridge located over the Maritimes.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Tuesday departing ridge located over the eastern
Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:51 PM AST 11 December 2017 A low pressure system south of the Great Lakes tonight will intensify
as it tracks eastward toward the Maritimes on Tuesday. Strong to gale
force southeasterlies will develop ahead of the low Tuesday evening.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Fundy, Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank, Georges Bank, southwestern
shore, LaHave Bank, West Scotian Slope, eastern shore, Sable, East
Scotian Slope, Northumberland Strait - western half, and Chaleur -
Miscou.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Anticosti.
